Collaborating to Increase Access: An Update on the NJ State Library Shared Ebook Collection

The statewide ebook collection is growing! Join representatives from the New Jersey State Library and The Palace Project for an update for New Jersey libraries. We’ll provide information on what’s new with the Palace app, the statewide virtual barcode, the status of the shared collection, and how libraries are highlighting more of their collections with The Palace Project. ALSC's Notable (Outstanding! Distinguished! Just Plain Great!) Children's Books

Every year the Association for Library Service to Children (ALSC) selects notable books of “especially commendable quality” which “exhibit venturesome creativity.” This list includes fiction and nonfiction titles for birth through 14. This program will describe the process of developing the list and introduce our favorites on the 2024 list.
