Fighting Dragons in Your Library

Fantasy role-playing games such as Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) have been experiencing a renewed popularity among all ages. In this program, you will learn about the various types and genres of role-playing games, and how to implement programming in your library to host gaming sessions for your patrons. For those unfamiliar with Dungeons & Dragons or other tabletop role-playing games, this session will cover everything you’ve ever wanted to know about role-playing games but were afraid to ask. Much of the content of this program will be based upon an ongoing two-year Dungeons & Dragons campaign at the presenter’s university library.
