Our annual conference attracts over 1,000 library employees and supporters from school, public, college and special libraries throughout the state of New Jersey. This is one of the oldest library professional shows on the East Coast, dating back to the 1890s. This event is jointly sponsored each year by New Jersey Library Association (NJLA) and New Jersey Association of School Librarians (NJASL).
The 2018 Conference theme is "Speak Freely" and we would love to have you be part of the conversation!
“As the NJ representative of World Book, I have attended the NJLA conference for over 10 years. The conference gives my colleagues and me an opportunity to meet and talk not only with public librarians, but also librarians from schools and academic institutions. It is professionally run by the librarians themselves, and they keep the vendors in mind by scheduling events in the exhibit hall for exclusive times with the vendors. It is a worthwhile show for my company.” -- Judy Ashcraft, World Book
