Additional Information

  • If you require electric or Internet access, it may be purchased from the hotel. Information and rates will be made available and emailed to you at a later date.

  • If you need materials to be shipped to the hotel, arrangements should be made with the drayage company. Information about the drayage company and rates will be made available and emailed to you at a later date.

  • You are allowed to make sales at your table, but it is up to you to provide the necessary equipment to do so (cash box, change, credit card reader, etc.)

  • You may bring additional marketing materials (banners, posters) but they must fit in the confines of your space
