Setup time at Harrah's Waterfront Conference Center is Monday, April 24th, 4pm-7pm.
The exhibit area will be closed at 7pm and the exhibit hall will be locked. All exhibitors must be out at that time.
On Tuesday, April 25th, exhibitors will have from 7am to 10am to set up.
All booths must be ready by 10am for the Grand Opening.
A vendor meeting will take place on Wednesday, April 26 at 7:45am.
Please join us for a continental breakfast in the exhibit area.

- Electric access must be purchased through Harrah's

- Internet - wireless access for 2 devices is provided free to hotel guests. If you are not staying overnight and require Internet access, it must be purchased through Harrah's

- If you need materials to be shipped to the hotel, arrangements should be made with the drayage company, Ocean Rental Exposition Services.

You may bring additional marketing materials (banners, posters) but they must fit in the confines of your space
