You are invited to present informally at this year's NJLA Conference with a poster session! All those interested in presenting a poster to hundreds of colleagues this April, be sure to fill out the registration form. The DEADLINE for submissions has been extended to Tuesday, February 28, 2017.
Once the form is submitted, you will see a confirmation message on your screen, You will also receive an email confirming that the form was received by the NJLA Conference Committee. You will receive a final confirmation of acceptance, including details of dates and times, by March 10, 2017.
Librarians and administrators from across the state are invited to submit proposals for poster sessions at the 2017 New Jersey Library Association Annual Conference on April 25 and 26. Poster sessions feature innovative library program ideas, success stories, research studies, problem solving and more! Participants have the opportunity to informally discuss their presentations with conference attendees. Students, paraprofessionals, librarians, and other library-relevant groups are encouraged to propose poster sessions.
Poster sessions may present a wide variety of any of the following:
-- a report of a research study
-- an analysis of a practical problem-solving effort
-- a description of an innovative library program or service
