NJLA Annual Conference

SAVE THE DATE and prepare to SPEAK FREELY at the 2018 NJLA Conference. We'll be back at the Waterfront Conference Center at Harrah's on Wednesday, May 30 through Friday, June 1, 2018.

THANK YOU for joining us at the 2017 NJLA Conference at Harrah's Waterfront Conference Center in Atlantic City, NJ! Program handouts can now be submitted (the link will lead you to an online form) and will be posted on the Handouts tab as they are received. Each and every year, NJLA and NJASL invites librarians, all types of library workers, and supporters and vendors to participate in engaging discussion, thoughtful workshops and presentations, networking and professional development during this three-day conference. On this website, you'll find information for professional and paraprofessional staff, Board of Trustee members, Friends volunteers, and other Conference participants. Information for vendors, nonprofits and potential sponsors are listed under the Exhibitors tab.

Reimbursements can be submitted immediately following Conference: Fill out the NJLA Payment Request Form (planner's information goes on the top, and the payee's information goes on the bottom), attach accompanying receipts/invoices, and submit to the NJLA Office by email (njla_office@njla.org), fax (609-394-8164), or mail (P.O. Box 1534, Trenton, NJ 08607). Only costs that were approved by the Conference Committee in advance will be paid. Payment requests are forwarded to the NJLA Treasurer on the Friday after they are received, and checks are typically mailed to the recipient the following week. Please note that NJLA does not reimburse for expenses totaling less than $10.00.
