How to Help (and when not to) with Job Search Assistance

If you are seeing an influx of job search questions, you may be unsure about how to maximize your time helping job seekers, and what to avoid altogether. Karen Klapperstuck, a participant in ALA's Career Development Facilitator (link is external) program, will discuss her training and present tips and tricks for what you should and should not do when assisting patrons with a job search. Then panel members will discuss successful job search services from their libraries.
