Conference Proposal Form

 2011 NJLA Conference May 2nd-Preconferences, May 3rd-4th Programs Theme: Libraries Are Essential Fill out the Conference Proposal Form Program Proposals with budget requests must be submitted by Monday, November 15, 2010. The 2011 Conference is being planned for Monday, May 2nd to Wednesday, May 4th at the Ocean Place, Long Branch. Preconferences will be held on Monday, May 2nd and conference programs and exhibits to be held on Tuesday, May 3rd and Wednesday, May 4th. All conference program proposals must be submitted by a Committee, Section or Roundtable of the New Jersey Library Association. Please note that all budget requests should be included when you submit this proposal form. Please review the Conference Reimbursement Policy. + NJLA does not provide honoraria for or reimburse NJ librarians presenting/speaking. + All expenses will be reviewed and must be approved by the Conference Committee. + The program sponsor is responsible for submitting reimbursement requests with receipts after the conference. Please use the NJLA reimbursement request form. + Room set up is theatre style. + Wireless internet access is available in all rooms + Each meeting room will have a podium, one speaker's table (to accomodate panelists), one microphone, screen, small table for equipment, and extension cords.   + NJLA will NOT supply computers or projection equipment. At the end of the form you will enter your email again and a copy of your proposal form will be sent to you. After you submit this proposal form you will see a confirmation message on your screen. This means that your proposal was sent to the Conference Committee. Questions?
